What if I am not satisfied with the item(s) I receive?

We promise:

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, or receive a damaged/wrong product, we will redo it for you --- free of charge.

You just need to contact us in time after receiving the product. 

How long will it take to delivery?

About 4-5 weeks.

All petsonalized procelain products take 2-3 weeks to produce (depending on the item you purchased). The specific time required will be marked in the product attributes.

If the production time needs to be adjusted due to other circumstances, we will contact you. If we can't deliver the goods on time, we are willing to bear the responsibility including refunding all the fees you paid.

For customers in North America and most of Europe, the delivery time is about two weeks. Customers in Asia and Australia typically receive their order in less than two weeks. Customers in Africa and South America need 3 weeks or more to receive the goods. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to ship to customers located in Antarctica and extraterrestrials.

How to track my order?

After your procelain sent out, our system will send you an email, and you can check the status of your express through the link we provided.

In the process of porcelain production, if you want to know the specific progress, plz feel free to contact us, just tell us your order number, and we will update the production progress to you.

What kind of animals can you make?

Sure! You just need to send us the photo. I'm not Darwin, but I can make any species out of mud lol

What should I do if the item I received is broken

Homie you have my word: We will refund you or send you a new one for free if the item(s) inside the package damaged when you receive it.
